That's probably what it was

They did something, it's just a matter of how directly involved they were and what exactly they did.
Or remember the whole eavesdropping scandal? That was a big nothing.
Id rather wait for more to come out than be reactive.

Might’ve been as innocuous as “how did you guys handle bountygate from a pr perspective?”
Why try to hide it from the court if that's true? Especially if it involves PR for church pedos. Some embarrassing emails about bountygate PR is small fries compared to this.

This is probably public relations firm related.
PR firms have many clients.
The Saints and the NFL have PR firms that may be the same or different.
The emails may relate to which PR firms can assist in the matter.
Most NFL fans may be shocked if they ever read personal emails between the NFL and their PR firms.

I still think the eavesdropping thing was to find out who the informer in the organization was who leaked to the NFL.

Over 200 emails?

Completely stupid and 100% self-inflicted embarrassment.
When you are a high profile organization you can't borrow that kind of trouble.

The emails could contain any number of insider information or opinions that the saints don’t want public. It’s like the Sony email hacks. Unfortunately people still treat e-mail, even work, e-mail too casually without worrying it will become public.
Who knows what throwaway comment was made in those emails that could be damaging

Over 200 emails?
Just like all those thousands of pages of bountygate documents.
I would like to see all the NFL related emails between the NFL executives and their PR firms.
If it turns out the New Orleans cases have common PR firms, subpoena everyone and everything.

What "insider information" could possibly be emailed between a Saints' @nfl.com email address and the Archdiocese?
They have to fire everyone involved.

“Yeah sucks we lost the playoff game, Payton is actually super pissed at Drew for not preparing. Anyways here’s our advice...”
“Yeah Gayle was so mad at the loss she was thinking about firing Mickey. But back to your problem..”
I mean literally could be anything. Also we obviously agreed to help at Gayles direction bc she loves th Catholic Church and the archbishop specifically. So she isn’t firing anyone. Only possibility is if it’s bad enough she’s forced to sell the team

Unfortunately
I can see a situation where Goodell makes her sell the team and the NBA would follow suit with the Pels. Just have to hope that’s not the case. Or both franchises could be fricked for a long long time

Gayle is clearly hiding something. Why be afraid to show emails
Posted on 1/24/20 at 11:50 am to Mrwhodat
The Saints' PR firm doesn't have @nfl.com email addresses.
Posted on 1/24/20 at 11:54 am to Tiger365
I swear it's always something with this fricking team.
Hearing Goodell and the league are monitoring the situation and depending on what is in the emails, Gayle may be forced out.

Time for Gayle to sell the team to the Manning’s and Brees

Minneapolis Miracle and uncalled PI were karmic actions from the football gods.

They don't have that kind of money.

They can start a group. But wishful thinking, I know
Posted on 1/24/20 at 11:59 am to Jester
Depending on who would want to buy the team
A change in ownership wouldn’t be the worst idea
