Is...... is that a 1980s camera?

You didn’t have to change the pics... I was just amazed at the ancient tech that was sitting on the table

Unless you are 70+ and in poor health, I wouldn't worry too much. You might be stuck for a hot minute though.

I am pretty sure this is just a cultural thing and they choose to eat this stuff for whatever reason. They weren't catching them wild and eating these animals. There was a market in the city that sold it.

Actually, they lost half their swine last year due to swine flu and have struggled importing pork due to US Tariffs. They depended on importing pork for soy but that’s gone badly this year. Their people are eating whatever meat they can find. They usually eat a lot of pork and supplement their meat diet with that crazy shite but now bats, snakes and rats are their main meats.

Corona viruses mutate easily, so people of all ages should be wary.

Just out of curiosity, where do you think people in the market get this stuff? Just because the average person doesn’t go into the wild and catch and eat this stuff, doesn’t mean the people in the markets didn’t. These animals are absolutely caught in the wild and sold for public consumption.

My point was that people aren't in the woods hunting these animals because they are starving. They are being bought at a market in the middle of the city by choice.

Unconfirmed rumors on #China’s Weibo that #WuhanCoronavirus outbreak is worse than reported w/ Shanghai alone allegedly recording 107 cases, 32 deaths citing unnamed “hospital sources” (official Shanghai data: 16, 0). Chatters also discuss unreliability of news & a city lockdown.

This is NOT good.

Four ‘generations’ of spread seen with virus in China, alarming experts
LINK /

The World Health Organization reported Thursday that there have been at least four generations of spread of the new virus, provisionally called 2019-nCoV, meaning a person who contracted the virus from a non-human source — presumably an animal — has infected a person, who infected another person, who then infected another person.
