Y'all, we could be super freaking explosive next season.

You have Brennan who's got the stronger arm compared to joe, that makes for some big plays, most likely.

You have the 3 headed rb monster. Think of what Emery will look like catching the ball out of the backfield, or split out e when we go 5 wide. if we can teach our young backs how to run we routes like ceh did. If it's Emery, that would make us even faster, top end, then we were at the rb position with ceh ,Emery is more of a homerum threat then the other 2 returning backs or even Clyde for that matter.

Then you go to Te, guys that don't follow recruiting, trust me, we have an absolute match-up, from day 1,nightmare .arik Gilbert was the player of the year in the whole country last year, as a te .he has been ranked higher then any other te in 247 ranking history.
He has highlights all over you tube. He's moss sized, at least, but way more athletic.

Now at receiver, you have the two returning starters. We could move chase to the slot and have racey take his old spot, or you just put the fastest guy you have in the slot, to take the top of the d.. Maybe that's boutte who killed it in the 200 the other day. If he's not ready, then put Trey Palmer there. You could also sub out the back when we go 5 wide and then we'd have our 5 receivers being; Marshall, chase ,Gilbert, Trey Palmer, and k boutte.

Tell me we won't be even faster next year?

The only real concern about Myles that I have is how is his accuracy on his deep ball. Not because he can't do it, but we just haven't seen it from him much. This is what made Burrow so deadly. MB just needs to realize the athletes he has on the outside and put it in a spot where they can make a play and they will more times than not. Other than that, I'm not worried about him. I think he'll do great.

We'll be young but there's a ton of talent there. I expect a 9 or 10 win season but if the offense can roll, that could be the floor.

People just can't expect to see what we did this past year, that was once in a lifetime.

I’ve said it before, Brennan will have more lethal play makers around him than Burrow. Where we’ll see a drop off will be on deep balls and the scramble plays. Burrow made ridiculous plays by moving in the pocket and/or scrambling to beat the rush and push the ball down field. It’s not an easy skill to learn. With a rebuilding O Line, that’s the only part that makes me a little nervous. Now, we’ll still be a top 10 offense either way, just may not be as explosive because of it.

The key to next year is what’s happening in the off-season right now.

We had most every game won last year by July.

Folks need to get past the Brennan has a stronger arm so he can do things better argument. Arm Strength is more of a check box than anything. Does the QB has the arm strength to make all the throws? Yes/no. Does it really matter if he can throw the ball 75 yds as opposed to 65 yards??

What Brennan needs to show everyone is if he has the accuracy and especially the “touch” to play QB in this offense. Joe was deadly accurate and knew how to throw around/over defenders so well. Joe was so great at dropping dimes past the LBs and in front of the DBs.

He also needs to show he can navigate the pocket. Joe struggled with this his first year but improved through out the year. Imo this will definitely be a work in progress bc the only way you learn is by doing.

What I was most intrigued with Brennan from what I saw in mop up was his ability to run the ball. People tend to forget how important of a piece that was to Joe’s success. The fact that E could call Joe’s # and feel confident that he could more than get the job done was YUGE!!

I just hope he works on the timing with the receivers enough to prepare.

You can't replace a Heisman phenom with a next-man-up mentality. Myles will be good. But Joe was special.

After this season and knowing what we've got in the magazine, I'm going to roll $100 of my winnings from this year's LSU to win it all bet into a new LSU to win it all bet.

Playing with house money is way more fun.

Won’t even matter how many playmakers we have if we don’t have a good OL. The OL is the key to having an explosive offense

OL timing and Outstanding QB play will be the keys. We have realize that may never be another Burrow at QB but Brennan has a chance to be very good.
