Is Tua Tagovailoa being discussed enough on here?

Maybe a wiser move for Saints would be trying to move up to top 5 (realistically 3 or 4) pick with Giants. Giants stockpile assets rebuilding their roster. We snag Tua, makes for a more realistic transition having Tua sit behind Drew a year getting healthy while maybe using Taysom as the backup qb role.

Less costly and more realistic than a cincy deal. Still would be very costly, likely would have to give up some type of huge player asset.

Some Player Assets to think about:
1) Marshon Lattimore
2) Marcus Williams or Vonn Bell
3) Marcus Davenport
4) Terron Armstead
5) Alvin Kamara

Neither is realistic. Dolphins won't let both of them come off the board and we just do not have the ammo to beat what they can offer.

If he drops to bottom of 1st round because of medical history I think it’s worth the risk. His strengths are perfect for Payton’s system.

That's 19 1st rounders right there. Should do it.

Somebody find a clip of Tua throwing a ball 50 plus yards in a game and have it on my desk by the end of the day.

Ya'll want to go from a noodle to another noodle? He short arms the deep ball

This. At his best he might be similar to Russell Wilson (which is really damn good). But even with great medical science these days that particular injury would scare me relative to his long term prognosis. Particularly considering the Saints would still have to give a boat load to NY to move up

That's about 43 yards and looks pretty damn good.

I like Tua, but I just don't trust his injury history.

43 yards......I said 50 lol

Math not even once. That's 85 percent of the way there. This is a game of inches. Ask Drew Brees who's 52 yarder was underthrown in the wildcard round. This isn't college

Tua is not worth a top 10 pick much less top 5

now maybe 15-20 its worth the risk for a team that doesnt need a QB desperately so when he becomes a career backup its not as detrimental to them

as far as the saints it should be a no even if he is there when they pick at 25 or whatever pick we have
