My favourite thing is actually a wedge salad with gobs of legit blue cheese from this upscale market. Avocados cheese pork rinds instead of crouts. It's like heaven. Finish that with a prime rib burger (no bun) that's got 45 grams of fat it one patty - tastes amazing
Fast most of the day (10PM til 4PM) leading up to that except for plain pho broth then real kraut then I stir fry some baby bok choy.

shite made me go from .8 - 1.2mmol average to 2.5 - 3mmol average. Also gave me much more energy. I think it synergizes really well with keto

I think my highest ever measured was 1.7.
Once, I did a three day fast, after already being in ketosis, and then took a long walk and drank MCT. Didn't measure but that had to be my highest.
I want to get a breathalyzer (just easier and I'm more concerned with directional metrics) and calibrate some things w my routine, and also combine w blood tests and get an idea re: body getting more efficient with ketone use after prolonged consistent nutritional ketosis and fat adaptation.
I measured for the first time in about a year the other day, after a Mexican binge and drinking beer (like real beer) Monday night (duh) for the first time in ages, and hadn't been very active in a couple days. Still at 0.4.
I love lazy keto. OMAD makes it a breeze too.

Here are the Timmy Tebow keto bombs I mentioned earlier - they are pretty amazing. I added some chopped bacon pieces to about half but I wouldn’t do that again.
Tim Tebow recommends these delicious and healthy fat bombs, made by his sister Christy Tebow. This treat will give your body a dose of protein and keep your wellness goals in check.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp cocoa powder
4 1/2 tbsp vanilla
45 drops of vanilla/ chocolate flavored stevia
1 cup chopped pecans
4 tbsp peanut butter
Directions
1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Place mixture into silicone muffin tins and put in freezer until fully hardened.
3. Store in container in the refrigerator.

That’s was only when the Cardarine was in full effect.
I would test once in the morning fasted usually get a lower reading. And 2 hours post workout while the Cardarine was in full effect. That’s when I’d get my highest numbers
