Agreed, I embrace the change. Makes summer that much more awesome. Besides you can do a bunch of cool shite in the cold. You get used to the cold, as long as I’m not sitting stationary in extreme cold for a long time, it’s kinda just ehh

71 here now. Supposed to drop to 66 tonight but a little cold front is coming through. We will be 75 tomorrow instead of 81.

Well, she'll be moving back once she hears you banged that bartender.

Only thing I miss is hockey, snowboarding and snowmobiling.

I love being able to wear shorts in January compared to worrying about a frozen car door.

Hope you have plenty of underlayment on that roof.

Nice icedam.

My roof is 20 years old. It needs replacement soon. I was hoping for a storm with hail damage. Looks like I have to pay myself to replace it.

Most of Idaho doesn't get that cold. At least compared to the op.

I think MPLS is the coldest Big metro city in the US. Temps can reach -40 in the twin cities. It has to do with its location in the middle of a jet steam ally that runs from the North Pole.

A few years ago I stopped by the neighbors in the middle of winter. He had buckets and pans all over in his living room to catch all the leaks from the icedam on his roof. Worst I had ever seen for leaking.

Put a new roof on that spring with underlayment almost to the ridge and ice melters for 3 feet along the edge.

He didn't want to deal with that shite again.
