I really liked the way that dude played. Felt bad for him and his team. Targeting is targeting...at least it was a legit call (unlike DWhite...neva gonna let that die). But for the first half, that guy was a dominant of a linebacker as I have seen play all season long.

nah the dagger was us scoring a TD the next play. He was getting to Burrow but IMO the game was already over.

Guy likes to lunch himself helmet first. He had the same kind of hit on Joe right before halftime, but it was in his midsection, not his head.

Burrow on the draw coupled with the touchdown pass at the end of the 1st half felt damn near like putting it away.

Don’t spear our player and you can keep playing.

We were driving on them with him on the field.. By the time he was ejected, we had settled in and were picking them apart.. Wouldn’t have made a difference..

It was by the time he was kicked out. I guess it's fun for them to pretend it's an "excuse."

What was the score when he was ejected? It was 28-25 just looked at it. But it was 1st and 10 at the 15. We would have scored and won anyway.

He didn't play on the offense. By the time he was ejected we had already scored enough points to win.

You could see in the ref's expression before he announced it that he was bummed to eject someone from the Natty, but had to do it.

Nah, dude was a great player for sure. But LSU had already figured out Clemson's defense by that point.

Would he have made a few more plays? Perhaps. But LSU was already on the doorstep to go up 35-25. Considering Clemson didn't score from that point forward, I have a hard time believing that he would've changed the outcome.

I will say that I kinda wished he hadn't been ejected (although it was certainly the correct call). Those are the kinds of players you want on the field in a championship game. He clearly was a leader on that defense and played with a lot of passion.

He was ejected in the third quarter.

We had 240 yards of offense in the second quarter.

As others have pointed out, we learned what they were doing and adjusted. It's what good players and coaches do.
