Looking for your go to sides when smoking a brisket.

Baked beans with some of the trimmings, or Ranch beans.
Potatoes au-gratin.
Caramelized onions if buns are there for sandwiches.
Some good grilled smoked sausage discs and creole mustard.

Most of the time I’ll put a pan of pork & beans and a pan of Mac and cheese on the smoker while the brisket is resting in the ice chest.

Gouda mac and cheese is my go to with brisket.
Do what I did, I'm smoking the brisket, wings and short ribs. They can bring sides, dips and desserts.
