It seems this guy has never missed the playoffs, big mouth and all.

I remember a time during the 90’. Whatever team Deion Sanders played for was hoisting the super bowl trophy at the end of the season.

He has 2 SB rings. One with the 49ers and one with the Cowboys. Both of which were already elite franchises during that time.
I think the name you were looking for was Charles Haley

Is the question about D Ends? How many super bowl rings does Richard Sherman have?

Successful at running his mouth. This is his game:
1. Win, talk shite to opponent
2. Lose, praise opponent
So he comes out smelling like rose either way. You’re suppose to throw down the gauntlet before the game, not after the fact.

Well he’s incredibly intelligent for starters

Mel Blount was so good they changed the rules to contain him.

Deion Sanders was great in coverage, but he avoided tackling like the plaque. He wasn't a complete player imho. Sherman is damn good, but I will go with Darrel Green.

How many years in a row did Mel Blount go to the playoffs???
Herb Adderley?
Sherman is rated so high because he covers a microphone better than a WR. The media always pumps up the guys who talk.

Champ Bailey had the longest sustained prime of any CB imo.

I've never seen a CB shut down an entire side of a field like Sanders. Teams would go am entire game without throwing to his side. He was amazing.

Did you sleep through Revis Island?

Jack Tatum , the assasin .

So all they had to do is run at him, because if they got past the los, he wouldn't tackle the runner.

In his first 5 seasons, Ronnie Lott made four pro bowls and won two Super Bowls while playing CB.
But the answer here is Mel Blount.
Maybe it’s Richard Sherman if you’re 19 years old.
