Is Burrow's statue dependent on the outcome of 1/13?

I think all LSU heisman winners should get one regardless. Just my opinion.

The only way LSU loses on 1/13 is if Joe Burrow somehow dies tragically before the game.
And in that case, he would definitely get a statue

Confused 1986 team w Shaq ..my bad.
Shaq got the statue for his larger than life IMAGE and influence/attitude towards LSU.
Shaq is probably the only other player to draw positive attention and HUGE crowds to LSU in basketball....besides Pistol Pete.

Actually, Shaq wasn't the biggest star on the team at the time...
It was Chris Jackson everybody was coming to see.
Shaq & Stanley Roberts were the twin towers, but CJ was putting on a show.

There are rules around statues. It has to be a long time since they played to get one

I didn’t know until recently that Shaq paid for his own statue. Also this may be an unpopular onion, but I think Les deserves at least a bust or something.
