Recent Paris Travelers: your favorite restaurants

Been to Paris before and have my favorites, but scoping out some new spots. Only going to be there for a couple of days in April. Unfortunately 2 of those are a Sunday and Monday which is always a bit difficult.
So...suggestions?
(Some places I’m thinking about: Clown Bar, Clamato, Detour)
I have been to Septime, Le Chateaubriand, L’Avant Comptoir, among many others.

On the more casual side, none of these are fine dining, but all are tasty/worth a visit:
Breizh Cafe, specializing in Breton style buckwheat crepes: LINK
Bouillion Pigalle, for an old school blast from the past menu: LINK
Le Relais de l’Emtrecote, sliced steak and fries, that’s it....well, a little salad w cheese and walnuts, and dessert if you can hold it. You can have seconds (or thirds, like the giant rugby players squeezed into the table next to me last year did): LINK

I wish I had a fancy one to share but I don’t. My friend from France (who is a great cook) gave me a list of restaurants to try that are all part of a fresh ingredient co op. All were very high end and my kids were fairly young so those were not good options. My friend’s other recommendation was to never eat at a place with a large menu outside. After a few greatly disappointing tourist traps with large menus outside, we stumbled upon this place behind the McDonalds by our place in the Latin Quarters, Le Chalet Saint-Michel. We ended up eating there two nights in a row. Unbelievable food, great service and we were the only people who only spoke English. For a family to eat and drink for less than 100€ in Paris is tough let alone for a phenomenal meal.

I saw a movie once that featured a restaurant called "Gusteaus". I hear they have great ratatouille.

Loved Chez Michel up near Montmartre. Style of cooking is more Normandy than Parisian cooking but just a lovely place.
Also you might like a book called Bistronomy which chronicles all those newer places. One of the Clown Bar chefs just opened his own place.
@parisismykitchen is a good follow on Insta. It can be a little bit inside baseball at times, but she is a Mississippian (iirc) who has lived in Paris for a good while. Good intel and I believe she does food tours.
