Courts would sort it out. I’d counsel patience, but the subpoena will never be issued because the trial won’t take place.

Giuliani has said on multiple occasions that Biden is guilty of corruption and he has the paper trail to prove it.
The current justice department simply has no desire to do so.

I’m no lawyer, so I could be wrong. Having said that I believe President Trump is President of the United States, right? And if I remember correctly the President of the United States, as head of the Executive Branch, which has is a co-equal branch of the government along with Congress and the Judiciary, has the Constitutional power known as “Executive Privilege”. And if I understand Executive Privilege correctly it gives the President, which is currently Donald Trump I do believe, the power to withhold information he deems “privileged” from the other branches, which includes Congress.

Mitch McConnell and company need to put this ridiculous impeachment hoax to rest. We've got some real problems quickly developing down the road. Like this alliance between Russia, China, and Iran. Believe they're conducting joint military training right now. We need our President fully focused on dealing with this developing crisis. If I were Israel I would really be concerned right now. This is not a good omen.

If the Senate has a trial and a subpoena is issued, when Biden refuses to comply it will get fast-tracked into the courts. Considering this would be a legally called hearing, his only choices would likely end up being going to jail or showing up. Either way he looks like a dunce.

As I wrote in the other thread, y'all are missing some important points. THIS WILL NOT GET SENT TO THE COURTS!
EXCEPT: In the Senate Impeachment Trial there is already a presiding judge. There is no other court involvement. If Judge Roberts wants to enforce, he makes that ruling. It is his province alone. There is no appeal to another court. It is his ruling alone.
Biden could be hauled into court. He would have to plead executive privilege and Roberts would rule on that.
Not sure how many of you have experienced a judge ordering a witness be brought into court. Pretty interesting experience.
In this case, despite biden's protests, someone would advise him to either show up or get arrested. Do you think a presidential candidate would let himself get arrested? Political suicide either way, though
