Probably the most important thread today. We are having a watch party with fans of both teams. Living in Kansas City we are bringing Louisiana.

Game food:
- Jerry Lee’s boudin - most likely in the form of boudin balls.

- Andouille and Chicken Meatballs with Gumbo gravy from the TigerDroppings Cookbook

- Charcuterie tray: Homemade pimento cheese, crudités, jalapeño cream cheese dip, chipotle rosemary mixed nuts, possibly some homemade cheddar crackers.

Postgame dinner:
- crawfish fettuccine
- sensation salad
- garlic bread
- Canes for the kids

Still deciding drinks - possibly making Sazerac’s but may stick with wine / beer.

7 layer dip with bacon crumbled over the top. Then fried backstrap, with a couple of sides. Maybe a loaded baked potato and steamed broccoli. For dessert, an Ohio State win would be ideal...

Alabama game I made Jambalaya
Georgia game I made Jambalaya

I'm not superstitious but Jambalaya is on the menu tomorrow as well.
