Can we talk about this? Donald Trump just created a new branch of the military, in peacetime. Assuming this Is going to end up costing hundreds of billions of dollars. I’m just struck how the Dems and the media didn’t seem to say a word about this. Congress just passed a bill to fund it. This just seems like something people would at least question a bit, but nope... went right through.

What do they know? Are we fitting to be invaded by Aliens?

We are going to start launching liberals as far away from Earth as possible. Will need a space force when wherever they end up tries to send them back

If they can get here, then they are so far ahead us in tech we wouldn't stand a chance.
This is more about other militaries gaining a a strategical advantage over us.

The powers that be don't want to touch this thing with a ten foot pole. Because they know what comes next. Trump has openly declared he is going to be releasing suppressed technologies. It's a nightmare scenario for the current world order that runs on oil. When they disclose the technology behind the tictac, the world changes forever.

China's Military Space Platform will be operable in '20; they'll essentially hold a kill button - via taking out our satellites - on our whole Military and Economic Mechanism. Our only response would be to nuke them while we still could...and that would be shooting in the dark as our GPS targeting mechanisms would be inoperable.

We have no choice. I shudder at the Biblical prophetic quote..."when they say peace and plenty...sudden destruction cometh". Oh well.

Maybe. Maybe not. According to some of the testimony offered over the years, the US Military was actually able to bring down several of these so-called UFOs using radar.

Also, according to a former CEO of Lockheed Martin (I think it was), we already have the technology to travel to the stars ourselves.

We may not be as defenseless as people expect. Hell, according to that Navy guy that filed all those patents recently, we currently have the technology to build frickin Star Trek style force field deflector systems that can be scaled all the way up to protect the entire planet from bollides.

Sheesh, it's amazing how few people realize that all that was done here is a realignment.

This isn't new shite, it's just putting a new flag on top of shite we already were doing.

Kinda like when we split the Air Force off from the Army Air Force

Seems not.

Have you seen any real talk about the Navy release of the tic tac videos which the Navy says is REAL?
60 minutes? MTP or any live conference on this in the msm? To the stars working with the Army on meta materials?

I don't see the need for the MiC to come up with Space Force just as a money grab tbh. They are doing well enough without it.

I asked myself would DJT go along with creating Space Force just as a money grab for the MiC or is something else going on.

I choose the something else is going on.

We had ICBMs well before GPS, maybe we can't put a nuke down the air shaft of an underground facility, but we could easily reduce the Chinese military in half or more.

I wonder which ranking system they’ll use for enlisted and officers, the Air Force or Navy? Star Trek used the Navy.

I like it, find it fascinating. Just wish we would have saved this for when the economy wasn't as hot.

It's military, but it's also a totally brand new sector, with new tech, new jobs, new investment money, promise of exponential growth etc etc. You'll also have brand new private sector businesses and jobs branch out from this as well. Which is great! Just would have preferred to have this used as a jolt out of an economic rut, or recession.

Well, the largest space force we currently have (before the space force) is the US Naval Space Command.

Outer space is considered more akin to a "sea" than an aerial theater.

Exactly. Only $40 million was appropriated. The rest is being taken from entities already with approved financing.

quote:

How much money will the Space Force have?

Congress approved $40 million for Space Force operations and maintenance in the fiscal year 2020 appropriations. That is less than the $72.4 million requested by the Trump administration, although Barrett said Dec. 20 that the funding would be enough to get started.
Most of the money for the Space Force will be transferred internally from the Air Force’s budget. In a Dec. 2 memo, a copy of which was obtained by SpaceNews, Barrett requested the following transfers to the Space Force for fiscal year 2020: $9.3 billion from Air Force space related weapons systems and operations, $1.4 billion from weapons system sustainment, $275 million from major command support, $26.3 million from education and training, $95 million from headquarters spending. Barrett said the personnel costs associated all these programs also will transfer to the Space Force.

It's quite simple really.

They've been hiding shite from us for 100 years. Technology and processes that will forever change our lives.

Trump is just conditioning the public for when that day comes. Do you really think it's a coincidence that the

Yeah. Star Trek was idiotic for that one. Just because it's called a space ship doesn't mean it's a fricking boat

You can pretty much a Space Force will largely have ranks similar to the AF.
