Many thanks for doing this again this year - I look forward to it and appreciate the time you take to give us your insights.
Here's two that I really like and can be found in New Orleans for $10 each:
1. Paul Jaboulet Aine Ventoux 2018 - Greanache and Syrah blend. Tastes like something that should cost at least $50;
2. Chateau La Graviere Entre Deux Mers 2018 - grapes aren't listed, but tastes like chardonnay with semillon blended. Great everyday white.

I bought several bottles of the 2017 Ventoux La Reserve Grenache Domaine la Bastide Saint Dominique this year and really enjoyed them. It didn't make my list because I think I paid a little over $20 a bottle, but quite a lovely wine.

Unsure of Availability but Domaine de Boissan Ventoux 2018 is also quite good. 80/20 Grenache/Syrah and around $15 I think
