I plan on getting two Roku boxes (upstairs/downstairs) and getting YouTube TV and the Disney+,Hulu,ESPN bundle but I was wondering what internet I should get. I hear Cable One a lot in my area.
I have a router for wifi but its kind of old. Any suggestions on a good router as well?

It will be highly location dependent. In my area I have Xfinity and AT&T (both 1Gb fiber) available. I use AT&T because there is no data cap. It runs me $70/month for 1Gbps.

We have Xfinity here in N Houston and I've got 175 Mbps at like $45/month.
It runs YouTubeTV for us very well along with whatever I'm doing on my laptop at the time. I've got the whole house hardwired except my laptop though.
But we'll see what happens when I get my new B-Day present 4K up with a roku ultra and see if 175 will still be enough, really wish ATT would hurry there asses up with the Fiber here.
As far as routers, I have a Arris SBG6900-AC which is pretty solid for anything under 500 Mbps. Wife signal is great and the 5GHz Wifi signal has some arse on it. We have the router right behind the TV in the living room and I sit about 15 feet away normally pulling about 160 Mbps.
Once you start walking around the house though it gets meh. But realistically, you'll need Wifi pucks to combat signal losses like that.

Yep, I pay $95/mo for 250 Mbps with Cox. We have AT&T fiber available in my neighborhood but I just haven't made the switch. It's about the same price though.

Charter 400Mb no data caps $54.99 total
I call once a year a threaten to cancel bc normal price is usually around $70. They always bump up the speed and lower the price for 12 months when I call.
