Only 74% if he goes on a losing streak at the tables. He can make that up 2 times a week.

Seems like a bad risk. Take a huge pay cut to carry more responsibility. The most they’re paying is 1 million, and I don’t know a lot of people willing to take .40% of their pay to take on more.

Muschamp went to Florida and Kirby went to UGA, you would think if he just waited a year or two he could get a head coaching gig in the SEC or power five for that matter without having to go to a smaller school.

Kiffin took a job for $950,000 a year at FAU Bc he wanted to be a HC. His salary at Bama was 1.4 million. If Aranda really wants to be a HC, then salary at this time won’t be a problem!

How does anyone know what UNLV is paying? What is the offer?

If this is true I just don't like the way Aranda has handled this, shows no appreciations or respect for what LSU did for him. He could have waited until after playoffs to do this BS.

You’re a fool if you think UNLV is gonna go from 600k to 4 million for an unproven (probably not even a proven one) head coach.

Dude all of this is speculation by the rant, you all are reading to much into this. If anything was done before the SEC champs game it was solely his agent acting on his behalf. As for after I am sure that O has had standing orders that coaching changes will wait until after the last game before bowl season like every other coach. He could wait until after the playoffs but he would be waiting for nothing. This is when the jobs are open. The only things open after the playoffs are the NFL jobs.

TL/DR: quit your bitching

How much has his value really gone up between Wisconsin and now? The way it sounds around here is that it's on the down trend...

Are you serious? Schools are trying to move quickly to fill positions so that whoever the new coach is can contact recruits and try to salvage a recruiting class. They aren’t going to sit around until the second week of January, especially with the early signing period now.
