Leach is the right fit for Arkansas. He maximizes minimal talent in his air raid offense. You’re Arkansas. You’re not stock piling talent. You have to have someone who can do better with less. Leach would at minimum win you 8-9 games with 3 years consistently.

If they go with someone traditional, they’ll be back in the same spot 4 years from now. Leach gives you something unique and has some outer reach for recruiting.

Exactly. Arky will NEVER be LSU or Bama. Don't try to be like them, be something different.

I fully agree with this. Leach/Arky would also benefit by being more of an outlier in offensive scheme in the SEC. He runs a scheme that's going to be a different challenge for other schools.

I also think a school like Arky would be a good personality fit. Leach couldn't do a stuffy blueblood program. He needs a program that's ok being a little bit of an outsider and outlaw. I don't know Arky well, but they don't seem overly concerned with prim propriety.
