Unless Saban got on his hands and knees and apologized and kissed Frank squarely on the arse, I don't see Frank working for Saban.

I don't see anyone going back to work with Nick TBH. His assistants put up with his crap just long enough to benefit from the experience and notoriety. None of them would choose to go back to working under him again.

Frank was the OPerry Walker coach and he had three top prospects on his team. All were going to Miami and Saban promised him the running backs position coach if he got all three of them to LSU. Well, all three signed with LSU and Saban basically told Frank to go fly a kite!

Talked to a friend who knew a guy who interviewed for a position with Saban. Said he went through the whole process and at the very end, Saban flat out said "I don't hire high school coaches".

First, don't see that happening considering the history. That said, Saban has to be concerned about where things are heading and he could use help in NOLA. I've said for years that Alabama HAS to recruit out of state and they have relied heavily on Louisiana recruits. If LSU keeps that talent here and continues to enjoy the geographical advantage with recruiting East Texas, it creates a big problem for Saban. Pair that with Clemson and Georgia keeping the recruits from their region and the talent gap that he relies on evaporates. Add losing the Iron Bowl to his #1 rival for instate recruits and you have the recipe for a decline.
