LSU will have to beat #4, #3 and #1 ranked teams in 3 straight games to win title

That is ridiculous. No way we shouldn’t be #1 after beating #4 UGA and get to avoid Clemson. Either way LSU has to win 3 straight games against top 4 teams in order to take home the championship. Not gonna be easy. Nobody else has a tougher path.

They moved Ohio state up thinking if we both win out, Ohio state will play bama and we’ll play Clemson... if they left us at #1 it would put us vs bama... it’s all about the tv ratings!

The reason it does matter is that we would be a sizable favorite over Utah in Atlanta (10+ points), while Clemson would be closer to a pick em. Number 1 matters this year

Uh yeah, most teams who win the title will have to play 2 top-4 teams as well as a power5 division champion not unlikely to be highly ranked...
