This will be appealed.
You guys need to learn about how these court cases work.

The last thing the Democrats want is Don McGahn to testify.....plus as White House Counsel there are things he did in aan attorney / client capacity for the office of the President that he is precluded from disclosing if he wants to keep his law license
He is allowed to say " Ok, but if you do that it would be illegal" and if his client follows the advice, both attorney and client are in the clear, forget intent.

This is not being reported in the MSM correctly. The ruling calls for McGahn, Bolton who ever to show up and claim executive privilege/immunity in person then leave. The Obama appointed judge then goes on in here decision to call Trump a King.
The Obama appointed judge did this so Schiff could scream obstruction and his lemmings would believe it was so.
It is ludicrous. Her calling Trump a King will have this trash thrown out.
BTW: Did the MSM ever really report the Obama made whistle blowers nearly impossible; then right before Trump enter the WH, Obama made an order for whistle blowers to be restored?
