1st and 10 from your 29, 0:23 left, 1st half, 2 TOs left, down 13 - and you're passing?

In hindsight it was a terrible decision, but was being this aggressive the smart play anyway? You're not getting the ball back at halftime, but this was still a hyper aggressive decision.

I think that decision says a lot about what Saban thought about our offense vs his defense on Saturday.

That absolutely showed you Nick was scared of the LSU offense.

I was shocked.

Happy, but shocked. Shows how much confidence Bama has in their WRs and YAC, trying to bust something. Queen just played it right.

They scored on two big plays beating our guys down the sideline. Their offense had the firepower to at least try to get into field goal range. If they would have gotten it all the media would have been praising them for having guts to try it.

Nick knew he needed to score as many points as possible. No possession could end in 0 points any longer if he wanted to win.

Yes Nick wanted to get a quick score, especially with us getting the ball for the 2nd half KO. It backfired to say the least.

I was watching the replay last night after that pick. Reading Nick's lips talking to Tua on the sideline: "Throw the sonofabitch away."

I thought him neglecting to call TOs after our 1st and 2nd goalline plays was a bad decision. They could have gotten the ball back with almost a minute to go if he had.

Yea, up 13 and getting the ball to start the 2nd half. they had to at least try. I haven't seen the all 22 of our coverage but i'm surprised they didn't just take a deep shot like they did at the end.

I thought they were going to run Harris and if he got 10 yards or so they would call a TO and then try to get into field goal range, and if we stuffed it they would take it to the half. Glad they did not because the last 30 seconds of that half was some of my favorite LSU football to watch ever.

Nick was furious at Tua after that play and you can read his lips and see him saying "i mean frick, throw the son of a bitch away."

They know that their receivers could take it to the house any time they touch the ball. Tua made a bad read and LSU made the play.

He’s run out the clock in that scenario his entire career. The game has changed he can’t stop anyone w a pulse anymore. We would’ve done same exact thing. Changing of the times.
