They probably don't make them but they take credit for them, as is the boomer way.

Millennials and kids today really believe they are going to die in a few years because of climate change.

I’m not joking.

There was a 16 year old kid interviewed by npr and he was openly sobbing and weeping because he believes he is going to die in a few years due to climate change...and no one will do anything to stop it.

And the reporter didn’t help the kid at all. She didn’t tell him that his depression and wrecked mental state over his impending doom from climate change was unnecessary. She just was kind of “I’m so sorry that you have to face this world. So sorry people have failed you.”

It’s pathetic.

Ok boomer is funny because old folks get butthurt by it. This thread is evidence of that.

I know this is a common boomer joke (the taking credit thing), but I find it particularly hilarious that the generation that most rejects meritocracy constantly comes at other generations with shite like "we are more educated!!!" and "we built it any you're taking credit for it!"

This “ok boomer” trend is so dumb

The younger crowds are followers. It's already old and they're unaware.

Quietly passed on by?
I thought gen x was to change the world.

Nah man, I'm close, but 1980 is considered part of Gen X.

Or some people would say X-ennial, but frick all that. No need to get confusing.

yet these boomers call teens millenials.

the commonality of this are the "ok Boomers" who think millennials are 40-12 yeas old.

To be fair and honest about this, on any given day you can read probably four different definitions of where the age group falls... On this msg. bd. (Message board) alone. Not to mention folks like that upstream swimming homo.."I prefer Xennials"... Or whatever.

That's a weird generalization, but I guess these all are.

It's kinda weird that we're arguing over whose team is better and we can't even agree who's on what team.

Personally I think this is one more way that the ruling class of lizard people keeps us arguing with each other instead of standing together and taking back what is rightfully ours.

Millennials are supposed to have start at 1982 and end around 1995-96, which would make them as old as 37 this year. That's technically pushing 40.

I find the phrase funny. The fact that older people, who are quick to call the younger generation snowflakes, get triggered and melt so quickly with “OK Boomer” is even funnier.
