Maybe it’s just me but I’d rather have a large 10 or 12 point symmetrical rack with heavy mass

LOL at all these sugarasses acting like they wouldn't be giddy as a school girl to draw back on that deer.

A small patch of woods North of Sterlington off Westlake Rd.

Isnt there a high fence in Sterlington?

There is, but this buck was killed outside of the pen. As the crow flies, he was a little over a mile from there. He probably escaped from there at some point. Allegedly there are several camera pics of this buck in about a 10 mile radius around the high fence.

Not to change the subject but this is one of my concerns about how cwd spreads when imported deer escape from high fence operations.

I would shoot it but if we’re talking dream deer, give me a 170” typical over that.

I killed a pretty good sized non-typical several years back. I'll probably never kill another one like him.
I killed a 150 class typical 10 last year. Very symmetrical. I'd say the odds of killing a nice typical are better than killing a gnarly buck like that one or mine. I'll take either, but love the mass.

Rack looks like a white tail, reindeer and moose inbred.
