Trump needs to remove weed from the controlled substances scheduling in 2020

Remove all federal prohibition and leave it to the states

I agree with you. It shouldn’t be considered the same as heroin but should be considered the same as alcohol.

It really was an eye opening report on weed where the host interviewed a giant processor, a small farmer, and a cop. It appears that due to the over regulation of pot dispensaries (each city can veto whether one opens in their limits or not) has made it so that margins for the farmers and processors are tighter than hell.

He should’ve already done it. Every president before him should’ve done it.

It’s mind boggling that GOP won’t budge on it’s pot stance. Dropping it’s prohibition position would be such a freedom-supporting, common sense act that would really appeal to moderates, libertarians, and young people. But no, GOP will sit back and act like old out of touch curmudgeons and let the liberals own this issue.

Bernie Sanders has announced that within the first 100 days of his administration, he will issue an executive order instructing the attorney general to deschedule marijuana as a controlled substance under the Controlled Substances Act.

Not directed at you specifically , but i dont understand the hard-on so many people have for ‘states rights.’

Just make it legal nationally .
