They were mostly open shots. And he wouldn’t be taking those shots if the coaches weren’t letting him.
I want him to keep taking them, game repetition> practice.
The whole point of these next few seasons is letting the young guys develop. And a Lonzo ball with a league average three point shot is a hell of a player next to Zion.

He's a great passer. If he's open he should be driving to the hole, forcing the D in and making a play there.

I agree with what you are saying to an extent. But if he doesn’t improve his 3 by getting reps in game, he’s not going to ever take that next step.
This is a marathon, we’ve set ourselves up for the future damn near perfectly. We can afford some growing pains.

I almost feel like these guys have had their head pumped up with confidence playing ball with the homies all off season and it will take a few games to make them realize “no no, go sit down Zo you helped your shot but you aren’t harden, you don’t shoot 12 3s, and don’t you smirk Jrue, you aren’t winning the damn mvp”
