Johnson's Conservative government published the 115-page Withdrawal Agreement Bill late Monday. On Tuesday, Parliament is expected to first vote on whether Johnson commands enough support from lawmakers to approve the deal in principle and then whether they feel there is sufficient time to turn it into law by Oct. 31.
Johnson may have sufficient backing to win the first vote.
However, it's less certain if he can prevail in the second one and Johnson told the House of Commons on Tuesday that if his timeframe is rejected then his government will "pull" the bill from consideration in Parliament and ask for a general election.
The impact on Brexit's fate under that scenario is far from clear.
The vote is expected around 7 p.m. London time (2 p.m. ET).

So how is the Parliament not following the people's will?
Are they basically doing what the Peach Mint thing is on this? I am really ignorant on this topic.

This agreement is almost the exact same thing as Mays 3 failed Brexit attempts.
If you are a fan of Brexit this is a shitty deal.
I'm glad it failed or will fail.

The year is 2192. The British Prime Minister visits Brussels to ask for an extension of the Brexit deadline. No one remembers where this tradition originated, but every year it attracts many tourists from all over the world.

This version is NOT what the people of Great Britain voted for.
This would be like Americans voting to get the US out of the UN but us still having to foot the bill.

So if they do not have a deal by the 31st than is it a hard Brexit?
