No. We could beat their asses for another 20 years, and it'd still be the best rivalry in the country.

Well, he is completely correct.

Tenn hasn’t won since 2006.

The record is about the same between the two over the same time period.

You gumps still consider it an important rivalry.

The rest of the world doesn’t.

Yes, Michigan is and will always be our rival an it NEVER gets old beating them....BUT...having said that Ohio St vs Penn St has been amazing recently. I know i will catch shite for that, but the FACTS support it. The Ohio State vs Penn State series has been absolutely awesome...especially the last 3 years and the all time series is 19-14 Ohio St. Plus our high school football all star game, Big 33 matchup places Ohio vs Pennsylvania. We are building a rivalry with Penn St that a lot of people don't want to admit.

2016: Penn St 24, #2 Ohio St 21
2017: #6 Ohio St 39, #2 Penn St 28
2018: #4 Ohio St 27, #9 Penn St 26

The last 3 games have been absolute thrillers and this year looks like it could be a top 5 showdown as well. Again, nothing will replace Ohio St vs Michigan historically, but Ohio St vs Penn St is the much better matchup these days. Just being honest.

The Ohio State vs Penn State series

Because they are the two flagship universities of large population states that aren't dying. Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, and other midwest states are aging and bleeding population.

Alabama-Tennessee was never at the level of The Game.

The Michigan/Ohio State rivalry has been sustained by the personality of its coaches, and that is changing. Ryan Day is a great coach, but he doesn't have they national love/hate that Urby had. Harbs is a goofball and good for the lulz. But he'll be gone, and replaced buy someone as boring as Day.

Academically and financially, no.

But guys who win football games aren't that interested in high achievement in the classroom.

The core of Michigan's teams were built from the sons of blue collar workers for Ford, GM, and other companies. Those blue collar workers have left.

How many times have you played them in Gainesville? You also still get to skip having a physical game.

The issue isn’t with our schedule being too hard, it’s with yours being too easy. Amazing what you clowns will say to protect that. Competitive balance be dammed

This is the difference between Bama/UT and Mich/Ohio State

The entire country tunes in regardless of the competitiveness of Mich/OSU

Bama vs Ut is dead to the nation, I even argue it never really was a thing for those outside the two fan bases . It’s just a random game

We've played them 4 times in the last 11 seasons for the SEC championship.

I didn't realize the SEC championship was held in Gainesville now.

Yet the University of Minnesota remains one of the largest public universities in the country.

It dropped a tier years ago. It's not a big game for most of the country anymore
