If the company Bidens son worked for did nothing wrong then why did he threaten to withhold the $1.5b if the government didn’t fire the Ukraine prosecutor?

ETA: Obviously I'm assuming the impeachment goes nowhere and Trump doesn't take a hit from it going into 2020.

Depends who you believe.
Narrative 1: prosecutor was corrupt - funneling/laundering money, so the US wouldn’t give Ukraine money knowing what would happen, until he was fired.
Narrative 2: Burisma was under investigation. Prosecutor stated under oath that he was fired for that investigation from Biden. The replacement prosecutor did not investigate Burisma.

Interestingly we found out Rudy accepted 500k from the indicted Ukraine officials today. How can anyone not see that Trump and his associates are total criminals themselves. They are taking money from these foreign countries and trying to get them to directly meddle in our elections. We are also abandoning our allies the Kurds in the region who helped us in our fight against ISIS. All this benefiting the Ukraine and Russia. How do people not see the corruption. Military leaders from both parties are condemning these moves!

That's what I heard on the "news," saying that Ukraine had already begun to investigate the Biden situation before President Trump requested it. Not past tense, though. If I received good information, then the investigation is CURRENTLY in progress.
