Neither team is broadcasting it on TV. So strange in 2019 but yeah it is what it is.

it’s got nothing to do with the league.
individual teams schedule their own preseason games and their own broadcast schedule. Neither the spurs nor the pels elected to air the game, so it won’t be aired.

Probably can’t justify the costs for a middle of the afternoon pre-season game when the majority of potential viewers are watching the Saints, Texans, Cowboys, or other NFL games.

If they are recording the game, there will be highlights. If there’s a stream, somebody please thow it up on YouTube or something for others to watch eventually. No one will mind.
