She has been testifying for hours, so far they are saying Trump obstructed justice by directing the State Dept to executive privilege her from testimony. (Under his letter of no subpoenas honored until they vote for impeachment)
They are saying she showed because she was subpoenaed for the 'impeachment inquiry'.
They think this is it, they will get him now. How long before the democrats cherry pick what they want leaked?
She is a disgruntled employee.

I heard some comment on Fox earlier that "Trump pressured the State Dept to remove her."
Ummm, he could remove her any time he wanted. Doesn't need to pressure anyone.

exactly. they are also calling it obstruction because he told her not to testify under his lawyers notation; because it is an 'impeachment inquiry' they haven't voted for so no subpoenas will be allowed under E.P.

This. She's likely dirty, being in the Spygate Loop, carrying water for the "insurance policy". Now when Horrowitz' Report comes out...she'll be 'targeted' politically, for her 'Impeachment' testimony.
For all practical purposes...the traditional Legal System has become dysfunctional, or will be soon enough. Justice will be in the eye of the beholder, for practical purposes. We'll limp to the polls - amidst riots at every big city Trump Rally, and see what happens after the Trump landslide.
