There are zero benefits using Medical Marijuana, science has debunked that argument. Marijuana contains many of the same carcinogens as tobacco and may share the same risk of lung cancer.
Smoking Marijuana increase heart rate, and causes a slight increase in the risk of heart problems, and heart attack.

all I know is that the right combinations of THC and CBD can impact pain receptors in ways that some of the strongest opioids cannot.

I can see using it for some medical purposes. But if you really need it on a daily basis for recreation or just to feel good, you probably have a problem that needs to be addressed.
