Have you ever ordered from them? Good experience?
My LGS raised their prices and Blue Label is damn near what I can get it for at retail online.

I'd rather see how long it takes for you to find a credible trainer or expert who would recommend a revolver over a semi-auto for self defense in the context of the OP.
Massad Ayoob and Clint Smith, both of whom know much more about this topic than you, are comfortable recommending revolvers for self defense.

They're both around 70 years old, they're both selling products and services, and both have an interest in not pissing off large portions of their customer base and sponsors. But sure, they've "recommended" revolvers in the past.
I've received training from both. They were perfectly fine, but like any other instructor, you take what is useful and move on.
I wonder what they each carry.

No. I've never read anything bad about them though.

Clint Smith carries a 1911.

Got ya, and same.
I think I'll just order one and see how it goes.
Looking at a 34 MOS because why not.

So does Ayoob. And Glocks and a bunch of other semi-autos.

Clint Smith carries a 1911.
2. When I trained with Clint (three day pistol class) he was carrying a Springfield XD in 9mm. Heidi was carrying a G19.
3. Ayoob carries a variety of handguns since he is continually writing reviews of different makes/models for gunrags. When I trained with him (four day MAG40 class) he was carrying a G19. Gail carries a G26.
3. Several top trainers offer revolver courses (Clint Smith, Tom Givens, Karl Rhen and Claude Werner quickly come to to mind). Jerry Miculek is obviously the top tier resource for revolver training, but when I trained with him (private one-on-one for two days) he carried a G19, as did I. He and his family now probably apparently carry Smith & Wesson weapons as part of their sponsorship.
