I think De Niro and Pesci will be fine in this.

Al Pacino is a wildcard. He hasn't really been good in decades.

And holy shite at the running time...3 hours 30 minutes.

since he won his Oscar he's kinda been half-assing it. I did like his bit part in Once upon a Time in Hollywood.

Looks like a great movie. If it's a 65 it'll be due to its "toxic masculinity".

He looked good in that trailer and was great in once Upon A Time...

I think this may be a resurgence for him.

That trailer is a confused mess. What’s the story about? Who are the characters?

It's Scorcese, with DeNiro and Pesci, as long as Pacino doesn't ruin it, this film will be awesome.

There’s a reason this is on Netflix. My expectations are low.

I read the book (I Heard You Paint Houses). It's a good read, but I'm having trouble imagining DeNiro in the lead role.

Exactly. It's like casting Tom Cruise in the Jack Reacher series. I know it's make believe, but the actor's physical characteristics shouldn't get in the way of believability.

Nope. Use the John Oliver line elsewhere.

Sebastian Maniscalco as Joe Gallo, I'll watch it just for that.

If you were going to re-cast the Sopranos for 2019, Sebastian would be a perfect Paulie Walnuts or Silvio type character

Netflix hasn’t done a good job with their original movies. Look at Triple Frontier, it’s a remarkable collection of talent, J.C. Chandor!, but the movie itself is poorly edited and underwhelming.
