I think I do. The Whistleblower complaint was submitted properly and legally to the Intelligence Community Inspector General's Office, dated August 12, 2019.

The IC IG then reviewed and found the Complaint to be credible, and forwarded it to his head of office, the "Acting" Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire, dated August 26, 2019.

According to the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act of 1998, the IC IG has 14 days to review a submitted Complaint to determine that it is credible, before forwarding it to his Head of Agency. The Head of Agency - the DNI then has 7 days to the Congressional Intelligence Committees within 7 days.

Should the IC IG not find the submitted Complaint to be credible, the whistleblowing employee has the right under the law to forward the infromation directly to House and Senate Intelligence Committees, after directly informing the IC IG of his/her intentions first.

Should the DNI not forward the Complaint to the Congressional Intelligence Committees as the Law directs, the IC IG can inform the Chairman of each committee that there exists a Whistleblower Complaint that it has determined to be credible and meets the "matter of urgent concern" definition, so that the committees can then direct the DNI to forward the Complaint according to federal statute.

The IC IG did this with a letter dated Sept. 9, 2019, which was exactly 14 days - or a week late - from the Aug. 26 date when he forwarded the Complaint to Maguire. So this outright was a violation of the IC Whistleblower Protection Act, which is law.

After being notified, House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff sent a letter to Maguire the next day (Aug. 10th) requesting he submit the Complaint along with all accompanying comments from the IC IG. On Sept. 13th, Maguire responded with a refusal to do so. So Schiff submitted a subpoena, also on the 13th.

Schiff only made the existence of any Whistleblower Complaint public on the 13th, the same day that the acting DNI violated federal statute, and refused to forward the Complaint to Congress...

According to the law, the IC IG reviewed and found the onformation within the Complaint to be credible. The DNI reviewed and submitted a letter to Schiff along with his denial to submit the Complaint, only stating that he felt the Complaint “concerns conduct by someone outside of the Intelligence Community” and that it “involves confidential and potentially privileged communications.”

That is certainly anything OTHER than opinion that the information within the Complaint was deemed to be "non-credible".

So some ignorant yahoo behind a fake username on some college sports message board is going to educate us on what the meaning of "credible" is, in this context??? Have a day, buddy......

All that and you still don't understand the contextual meaning of the word.

Sorry Nunez went over the plain allegation that everyone’s heard in the news but nothing more than surface story. But that was at the very beginning.

But the POTUS specifically asked about it, wonder why todays' hearing avoided that?

good golly. Rush is right again

“There are much bigger corruption fish to fry regarding FISA, etc.”

This is the same exact thing. A spy planted in the White House spying on Trump using an opposition party document to impeach him. It’s literally Witch Hunt 2.

I said it today, I like Nunez, he’s loyal but he’s never prepared and never has it together when he needs to. Other than him we had Radcliffe today but all the other Republicans were weak and unimpressive.

It's not a spy. The White House knows he's there

In the context of this board, the meaning of "credible" is anything that only the Trump puppets on this board consider to be credible, and nothing else. Sorry, I'll skip that dictionary.....

You can't use dictionary definitions for particular words within codes.

When you talk like this, you instantly lose credibility with anyone that has a working understanding of laws.

You don't even need to be a lawyer to understand how ignorant you are.

Lol yea that’s usually how it works. I said spy I didn’t say “ninja.” This person is connected to Schumer and Hillary and the complaint is pretty much guaranteed to be a collaborative political document.

Nothing has been explained here. Just a bunch of puppets trashing and calling any Democrat politician a liar with zero evidence. And refusing documented and ratified statutes and laws as being relevant or even in existence.

And you will refuse to point out even one thing I posted that is "dishonest", because you know you're full of it.....

If you’dve watched the hearing today it was explained. Nobody is making this up it was literally explained today.

Yes it has, just because you don’t want to accept reality doesn’t change it. And yes you’re being dishonest right now, this is what you’ve done all day.

Most likely.

This probably isn't technically illegal. And in the whole scope of corruption, this isn't THAT important in my mind.

FISA abuse and the entire Russia investigation of Trump is significant and that hasn't even been taken seriously.

So I doubt this will be. Hence why I think we should just move on to business at hand and win in 2020.

Barr will need to deliver the goods on all of this or sadly it will never come to pass.

Well that hasn't stopped any Democrat from clamoring for articles of impeachment without any shred of evidence. Moral of the story, they made their bed now they have to lay in it.

Just my opinion but it seems to me that the plan is to continue to expose these things without pushing for action. Trump will create the feel that it’s just the voters and him against everyone else and the only way to fight the corruption is at the ballot box. This will incite the base to turnout more and he’ll need it because the election rigging and fraud will reach alltime heights come 2020. That’s what it looks like to me and that’s why Trump hasn’t released all the stuff he had said he would a few months back. Either that or he unloads it all at once next year.

There's actually a lot of evidence, based on this Complaint. But there will still be an inquiry/investigation to conduct.....

There’s literally none. The transcript is public and it refuted the complaint report. You’re an ignorant, lying racist piece of shite and balance will eventually find you.
