F@cking Saban was right about the catastrophe syndrome of LSU fans

As much of a Little Prick Saban is, he f&cking hit the nail on the head with many of you clowns here. So glad I stayed away from this miserable place during game day. Outsiders reading this board would have thought we were 0-4 and had just lost 66-38. Stop being such bitches about every damn thing. Coaches coach, players play, you STFU, watch and drink.
This is from an article in damn 2002.....
Following spring practice, segments of LSU supporters are experiencing a relapse of catastrophe syndrome. Head coach Nick Saban was the first to put a label on the malady that leads sufferers to take what are normal, everyday occurrences in college football and blow them up into fatal concerns.
The latest bout of catastrophe syndrome deals the setbacks LSU sustained during the recently completed session of spring practice. But perhaps with an early diagnosis, fans, and more importantly players, can avoid making mountains out of the molehills that arose during the month of April.

Nick Saban wouldn’t have been happy with the defensive performance either.

This is the rant and we expect perfection.
But for real - we aren’t winning championships with a defense playing at this level. That’s a fact. Sorry if you can’t handle some truth.

I agree 1,000%. We scored 66 points yesterday and I think the Defense did a pretty good job of holding their own with so many guys out with injury. Chill. The. frick. Out!!!!

The internet gives those fellas a forum to blast their stupidity.
There were quite a few at the game yesterday too. Going crazy and cussing at the defense and the targeting reversal call.

Well our current Head Coach isn’t too happy with it either so....

Everyone has their opinion and I respect that. I'm glad we have this board to discuss the issues.

I think it is the water.
No disrespect to guys like Dallas....he thinks what he thinks & I accept that, but if CEO won 15 games by the score of 62-0, there would be a group of people who would "yea, but remember when we lost the coin flip".
It is what it is. Just accept them or learn to ignore them.
Getting back to the water comment, I'm an old guy who remembers the days when Tulane was relevant & I still follow them. After their win vs. Houston with the great comeback, their was "those" guys who wanted to fire the coach. It is the water in Louisiana.

Yeah and that’s why you trust that the coaches will fix it. Your incessant bitching all game long, into the week and for the entire season won’t change a damn thing.
LSU has an offense that is the envy of all of college football now. It’s up to the coaches that actually see and coach the defensive players every single day to fix the D. Your constant bitching while blowing teams out makes you look retarded. I’ll just trust that the coaches will have a solution over time. If they don’t, that’s on them. I’m still sitting back enjoying some beer while the Tigers stomp around teams the first 4 games of the year and listen to SVP gush about it to the world.

Did you post this at any time during the Miles era? I'll hang up and listen

Lmao!!! You’re absolutely right. I hesitate coming on this board because of some of the childish overreactions but I come back because the good certainly outweighs the bad. All I know is is that I’m completely satisfied with what I’m seeing, we’re 4-0 and I’m expecting every aspect of our Football Team to improve

I totally agree Bear. I have to remind myself often that many of the posters here are college age and have very little patience with time and its natural progression. Also, life in general is unpredictable and uncaring of our interpretation of it, and many find that difficult to swallow. I believe that many take it personal and start swinging from some safe place.

Gtfoh and get on the UCLA board you troll. Your so dumb to think you can’t win with this defense they are young in the back end and guys are hurt and they only gave up24 points on the road see you are the problem!

Hey DICK..... I’m Pro LSU. I could not care less who the f&cking coach is here as long as they are winning and the team is happy with the coaching they are getting. I supported Les all the way up until his last 2 years here when it was obvious the players were miserable and had checked out on him and his offense. Go f@ck off.

He was 100% right on this one like you said. It’s the nature of the rant, but beyond that it infects the state of Louisiana as a whole. So many people from there just can’t get out of their own way

You're take is retarded. What did you expect to see on a sports message board? Stick to the threads discussing uniform colors. Just be sure to watch out for flying knitting needles when them gals start taking about white pants vs yellow pants.
... And beating your chest over racking up points against Vandy only serves to make everyone else in the college football world point and laugh at you. That ain't envy.

Quick question. Who's leading the nation in scoring?

Didn’t read but I think you’re another one of those whining about whiners based on the title alone!
