No, but I did bid packages as part of an effort to win major equipment contracts. They are legally binding.

But regardless, answer this. Have YOU ever witnessed someone fall out as a result of Heat Exhaustion (HE)? Do you even know what HE is? Google it!

Never in my years have I EVER heard of a FBS (Division 1A) football program denying a visiting team adequate locker room conditions. So Texas sets a precedent. What do you do now?

I'll say this. It's a testament to the conditioning program (and professionalism of the training staff) at LSU that no one fell out with HE. But our boys were cramping. Enough to send at least two of our players to the locker room for IV's.

Now go peddle your b/s somewhere else.

You keep using those words . . .

Yes. My coach gave us salt tablet and no water.

With the bad PR, I think they will never pull that crap again.

I think it is more of a nutrition issue.

Don't sell it. Don't buy it.

Contracts are great. But it is impossible to list every thing that will happen in one. And how do you enforce it on gameday? Are you going to go to a Texas court and get TRO?

Suppose it is in the contract. "The Tigers' locker room must be maintained at exactly 74.2 degrees. Any variation of that temperature is considered a material breach of this contract."

You get there and the temp in the locker room is 82. Texas folks say they are doing the best they can but the construction has created unexpected issues.

You going to sue them for damages?
