This does not exist on a whole, if any.

On a whole? Wtf?

So you are in denial about the topic and instead of giving realistic explanations attempt some failed grammar as if to prove your duncehood.

Maybe there was another reason.

Affirmative action is the only widespread "institutional racism" currently ongoing.

If you want the simple answer then...

It’s because they(Democrats) remember when they fought to add the 3/5ths rule to the US Constitution

The left loves to make people believe in problems that only they can solve through major government programs.

Why do libs harp on instititutional racism?

Because it's vague and hard to disprove.

When in reality the burden of proof should be on them.

They do anything to avoid facts. No real racism? They create institutional racism. No institutional racism? They will create something else

When you can't accept responsibility for your own actions you have to search high and low for a racist that is oppressing you

They rely on “racism” because it is their ace in the hole. If and when they feel as though their argument is not winning, they say racism! Even if it doesn’t apply. It’s childish and reeks of a lack of personal accountability. We all live in America, there are no barriers for anyone to do anything. This is nothing more that institutionalized victim mentality.

There’s +300 replies to your OP and I’m not reading them all so if someone has already given this answer oh well.

The Dims literally have nothing left other than identity politics and victimhood. If the Dims lose traction with either of those warped political strategies the Dims lose the 2020 GE in a historic arse beating, we’re talking Reagan in 1984.....it could be 45 or more states for Trump.
