This was my initial reaction - esp on a island.

He probably has a pair of diesel generators in that building. You can see what looks like a tank cap on the ground to fill an underground tank.

Edit: or yeah - water treatment. Can’t dump pedo poop straight in to the ocean.

If you’re building an island paradise, these are all a must. Conspiracy theorists should have to account for the existence of these items BEFORE they can go attributing things to conspiracies like tunnel ventilation.

I mean, what would you build first? A flushable toilet, or a series of elaborate tunnels with ventilation to get your pedo on? ....while you poop in a hole in the ground?

Priorities people.
