Viking River Cruises includes free WiFi on board. Will I be able to follow Tigerdroppings & LSU v. Auburn on my tablet? Thanks.

If you are asking if you can access TD on WiFi abroad, the answer is yes.
The internet is world wide.

Use a VPN client to access WatchESPN. Pay a small fee for a decent one.

Tigerdroppings for sure. If you are looking to stream the LSU vs Auburn game I'd ask Viking about their WiFi speeds on the ship. When I did a similar cruise in Europe (not Viking) I could barley play a YouTube video because of slow speeds.
You could also think about purchasing a SIM card for your phone or tablet if cellular data service is an option.

Yeah I very much doubt you will be able to stream a football game on the boat. I could be wrong, but generally speaking the USA is ahead of Europe as far as internet speeds go. But you are talking about a boat.

I wish in shithole Lebanon which barely has functional internet and was able to stream damn near anything I wanted with a VPN.
It’s relatively cheap and easily worth it.

I often traveling to European countries by avia or cruises. Lately I was in Germany where I visited one soccer game on Veltins arena. It it looks very modern and stylish. It boasts of various facilities hosting not only the football team from Gelsenkirchen but also local ice hockey team, plenty of entertainment venues, etc. So, if you are a soccer fan I suggest you to go to that place, here more info

I was in India last year for LSU v. Miami (FL) and ESPN was not allowed to broadcast there. I just found an online stream and watched the game at 4am.

I don’t think you’ll be able to. You should probably cancel your cruise so you can see the game.
