Employees are having a boycott because the owner is hosting a fundraiser for our Glorious Orange Bastard.
What happened to the old saying "if you don't like it here you can leave"?
I am reminded of this everyday in my job. "Hi, I am the owner of the company, I make the decisions, if you don't like it there is the door"!

In terms of Soulcycle and Equinox, Ross is simply passive money. He has nothing to do with daily activities in either. RSE Ventures, is his private venture capital investment firm. It purchased both companies as a part of diverse holdings.
