ATL - the out of control traffic and something else that can’t be mentioned, but rhymes with “vulture.”

Regarding vulture

Is that an issue everywhere in atlanta?

Or just certain areas?

Winter only. Western North Carolina. My nearest neighbor is 4 miles away.

Dreary cold winters like this last one suck. First one in 15ish like it though so no big deal and it probably serves an ecological purpose.

You live in Tribeca and the escalators are the one thing you would change? Not the 4.2% city income tax or brutal traffic?

Cost of living. That’s the main one.

I’m not too worried about the Tax, I’m doing fine, if i hated the cost of living for Tax that much, I’d move

Traffic doesn’t hurt me, I walk and take the subway everywhere

So yes the foot traffic when half the escalator is standing two next to eachother

I would greatly prefer a more NORTHERN California climate to what Louisiana has.

San Francisco weather would be optimal to me.

Police state on speeding tickets. 66 yr old and haven’t seen as many traffic stops in my life as have seen in 8 weeks.

It’s widely known that anywhere south of I-20 is ghetto wasteland, so that area doesn’t really count.

It’s mainly a problem in Midtown and Buckhead, i.e., where there are Marta stops.

Chicago, 1a would be the absurd government and taxes. 1b would be the weather from November to March.

You live in TriBeCa right?

My aunt and uncle have a place there, between Chambers and Broadway. Pretty nice part of Manhattan. Not as ridiculously busy as most other parts.
