Since you're fishing with little ones, look at fishing the Cherokee reservation. You'll have to get a separate license, but they liberally stock many of the waters.

Thanks, that looks promising. I looked into a couple trout farms, but you have to keep what you catch and at $5/pound and three kids that can fish, that's gonna add up fast!
