Don't give that much PTO then if you didn't want someone to use it in a situation like this so they can take their time to recover from surgery

No it ain’t frickhead. Not everyone responds to surgery the same way. Age plays a factor. Pain tolerance. The kind of graft used for the ACL repair. Surgeon doing it.

Health is this country needs to be taken more seriously. He sounds smart.
