I spent three weeks in Italy and the Netherlands last month.

I saw maybe 3 fat people.

It's processed food disease. The long term chronic condition of consuming processed foods is metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome presents itself in the form of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, anxiety, depression, etc.

Europeans are still eating real food for the most part. Unprocessed meats, vegetables, fruits, etc. That's why they are skinnier than Americans.

And the Italian diet is full of carbs and fats. Except they are less sedentary and their food is high quality and not processed shite.

Saw zero when I was I the Netherlands and Belgium for a month back in 2011. No a single fatty. Bunch of hot trim Dutch women though.

These days it’s easier keeping track of how many slim people you see when you leave the house than fatties. fricking disgusting.
