In general? Women for sure.

The prevailing answer around here will be it's all women.
But I've seen some pretty spiteful men before. They just handle it differently. I tend to agree with the notion that it's more acceptable by some for a women to spiteful, so that may be why.

No one said men aren't capable of this. It's just that men's "spitefulness" comes in the form of a fist to the face. it's quick and over. Women like to torture you, ruin your life, and frick with your emotions.
