Seriously, If only they could come up with a less vulgar chant.
I don't really want my elementary school age daughters chanting this at school because they hears it at a game.

The older I get, the less I understand why people get upset about this chant.

The parent card... I’m sure they hear all kinds of dumb shite throughout the game. Just tell them that the crowd is saying something else. They won’t know the difference because the chant is not easy to hear clearly, especially for someone in elementary school.

Yeah there is no need for the chant. The song is good enough without it. Students are stupid.

This is the LEAST offensive thing your daughters will encounter as they get older. If you have an issue with this.... don’t ever get them a phone. Or let them go to school. Or get on the internet.

Sorry you lost the game, boys! Doesn't have as much of a ring to it. There is tons of cursing and drunken behavior at football games.
As someone with 2 daughters, my advice is not to bring them to a college football game until they are old enough to handle profanity, rather than trying to police the words that come out of college kids mouths. But then again I'm not a snowflake baby boomer

Or you could not be a frickin poontang and tell your kids,
"don't repeat what those crazy college kids are saying. They drank too many beers before the game"

I used to feel the same way. But here are the facts: no matter how much you monitor the music, tv and movies your children are exposed to, they will be exposed by friends at school.
My son is now 12 and I’ve started asking if he knows one song or another and he knows every unedited word (doesn’t say those words to me, though). I asked how he knows and he says it’s played on friends’ phones at lunch, before/after school, etc. He is a well-mannered, straight A student in a high performing school in an upper middle class environment.
Bottom line is you can’t expect public spaces to parent your children. That’s your job. It’s not a bad thing if they are exposed to bad influences while you are there to discuss why such words or behaviors don’t meet your family values and how it can impact their life if they choose to emulate those things. Being a parent isn’t raising your child in a bubble. It’s parenting in and for the real world. Just my new perspective.

Something like..."take that Tiger L bitch"
The L fits with LSU and everyone throwing up the L sign during recruiting, etc

I would love for my little girl to get suspended for saying STTDB.. Would be like a badge of honor for me.

Relax, by 8th grade they will actually be doing it instead of singing about it.

Oh, your daughters will hear a lot worse than that from their peers growing up. Trust me.

that's where parenting is supposed to happen. I didn't run around spouting "KICK THEIR arse" at home and at school, after hearing it after every first down when I was a kid...thanks to my PARENTS.
