Sounds like a pretty shitty situation.

My 2 year old got the pool at Silver Dunes in Destin shut down over the week of Memorial Day. My wife went to the outlets and left us for a few hours and came back to the pool on lockdown because of us

At my last job, we had someone who would shite in a urinal at least twice a week. Never caught the bastard.
