I used to have my own NVR, but I got tired of having another system to maintain at home... I converted everything to Ring and haven’t had any issues.

I sit in a WeWork office when I decide to clean up and drive into the office (normally remote, or on the road) - they have Jägermeister on tap in the common area. I support this company!

I use 1Password. We have a family account, which gives us unlimited shared vaults (e.g. Family, Kids, Customers) - and then each user has a private vault that no one else can access.

I've bought an obscene number of vehicles the past few years - the dealer is full of shite. If you don't have a trade-in, there are no tires to dispose of... simple.
