What is a good age to decide to never get married?

40 here and never married
I identify as male, so I am starting to see more and more that getting into marriage is a losing proposition at my age.
That doesn't mean that I don't want a lifelong relationship (WITH A WOMAN, TYVM). I just don't need a government or social pressures or whatever telling me that I have to be married.
I also would hope that any woman that I would want to be with would not be so insecure to think that marriage would keep me around any longer than non-marriage would.
Also, congrats to our newest OT nuptuals.
